Harnessing the Power of Your Talent
Jeff Koziatek & Mary Kausch
In an entertaining and unforgettable presentation, learn how to LEAD WITH AUTHENTICITY
built on value and trust while ALIGNING YOURSELF WITH YOUR TRUE STRENGTHS
to execute the right vision with the right team.
Jeff Koziatek
For over 20 years, Jeff tried to earn personal worth through performance. He produced award-winning films and national touring shows, owned a complete event management company, acted in film and television, photographed people, events and fine art, worked in casting, and performed more than 4000 shows across the country. Taking time off was difficult and he had no work/life balance.
When he discovered intrinsic value, everything changed. This paradigm shift helped him experience more personal freedom, a deeper connection with his family, and a clear purpose in his profession.
Today, Jeff Koziatek runs Core Authenticity and is committed to creating a world where people live bold, authentic lives, generously serving each other. Services include keynoting, training, and coaching.
Organizations frequently bring Jeff in as a motivational speaker at sales rally’s, annual meetings, conferences, and leadership luncheons. Some of his clients include Microsoft, Centene, Ameren MO, Mercy, UHY Advisors, VIP Corporate Housing, Fusion Marketing, St. Louis Cardinals, Lutheran Senior Services, Novus, and the Missouri Alliance of Children and Families.
He is a member of the National Speakers Association, published author, certified life coach with The Values Conversation, and member of the John Maxwell TEAM. He currently lives in St. Louis with his wife of 14 years and 2 awesome boys.
Mary Kausch
Mary’s insight and passion for leadership, management, and team development can be traced back to the early 1990’s when her personal frustration with being in the wrong role and decision to leave a bad boss in corporate America took her on a journey that spanned 5 months, 4 states and 30,000 miles. That was just the beginning.
Mary knew she had an underutilized aptitude to better serve her employer. Yet, a Human Resource policy forced her to stay in the role as supervisor of
the Employee Benefits and Medical department.
Mary had a yearning – an unyielding yearning to learn more about her innate strengths and how to use those strengths consistently to earn her
living. She was determined to know more of her own human nature and to help others overcome similar frustration.
With this conviction and tons of perseverance, Mary successfully launched and led two businesses, HR, etc!! and Alignment Partnership, for 28 years with a team of eleven talented individuals. Over the years, their guiding principle has been: “everyone deserves being on a winning team.” Mary recently merged her company, Alignment Partnership, with St. Louis based Sandler Training® Licensee, Stark and Associates, Inc. She is currently the Leadership Development Associate and is launching their Leadership for Organizational Excellence program. In this capacity, Mary works with managers and leaders and their teams, who are anxious about their lack of accountability, concerned about their inability to collaborate and are frustrated by their finger-pointing, yet are motivated to achieve their goals and vision.
