Kama Tate Gregory, M.Ed. is an experienced nonprofit executive with over 25 years of nonprofit management and development experience. She holds a master’s in Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She brings with her experience in executive leadership positions as CEO of three different agencies across the country, including the largest domestic violence shelter in the state of Georgia. Additionally, she served for five years as a national consultant, training board of directors in event management, major donor, and capital campaign strategies. She was elected and served on Alaska’s Governor’s Council for Disabilities. Some of past clients include Girls INC, Missouri Baptist Hospital, and the YWCA. She currently serves as a member on two boards in St Louis. Kama founded Tate Consulting eleven years ago, to help make social good great across the country, equipping agencies in fundraising best practices and board governance and strategic planning.
