Jennifer Bardot is a Business Banker for Enterprise Bank and Trust. She has over 20 years of experience working in small businesses in the St Louis Community in the areas of Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Development and Recruiting. Jennifer Earned BA in Business Administration at Fontbonne University, Clayton Missouri, and Two Masters Degrees from Missouri State University in Springfield Missouri in Secondary Education Counseling & Private Practice Therapy. She also has certifications in Real Estate, and Leadership. Jennifer was named top business banker 6 months into her banking career at Enterprise Bank & Trust by small business monthly. She completed Focus St. Louis Coro Women Leadership Program Cohort 72. She is involved in the St Louis community by volunteering on the Recruitment & Service Supplier Committee for the Association of General Contractors of Missouri, Corporate Partner for St Louis Art Museum, Innovation Mentor for Saint Louis University, Mentor Pitch Committee for ITEN, Committee Member for the Missouri Athletic Club Charitable Society for Children, Committee Member for Diversity & Women’s group for the Association of Corporate Growth, Advisory Board Member for Aligned investing in the workforce of tomorrow, United Way Women’s Society and Leadership team for American Heart Association. She has three boys and is a full time mother to her young family.
