Bungee Fitness at FYSIQ
Join us for Bungee Fitness and workout in a fun and exciting way! If squatting, push-ups, stretching, pull-ups, and more, is a challenge for you, why not try bungee fitness? With the assistance of the bungee, you will well be on your way to achieving your exercise goals and having fun while doing it. This class teaches you how to get acclimated to using the bungee as a workout tool, and the fundamentals of performing basic exercises. We hope you can join us!
