She is founder and CEO of Black Dress Circle®, an organization offering a blend of coaching, consulting, and peer support that has a proven track record of helping women business owners get unstuck, make solid business decisions, take action, step up to their greatness, and become more fulfilled.

Erin has received multi-year recognition as a top consultant in the St. Louis area, was twice designated one of the top 100 St. Louisans to know, and received the Enterprising Women of the Year Champion Award in 2019. She received a Master of Arts in human resources management from Washington University in St. Louis and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in business psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
