Fundraising Committee Meeting

March 9, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Ok – ladies – the event is one month from today.   I know many of you have been contacted about the committee meetings, however, this is our first official one.   So don’t you worry, we are moving right along. We are looking to get together to review the progress and make sure we have everything covered for the evening’s activities.

We are still looking for donations to include the following:

Gift cards of $25.00 value or more (all types)

Lottery Tickets for the Lottery Tree (want to collect at least 100 tickets)

Baskets or items for the Silent Auction

We have about 40 donations and will continue collecting great items until April 14th.    Really getting excited for the event.   Please be talking it up and remind your friends and families how fun it is.   Vacation Raffle, Purse Raffles, Lottery Tree,  Hat Contest, fun photo booth, great auction items to bid on, specialty drinks, and the Fund the Need Auction focusing on why we are really putting on this event!!!
