Kimberly Vissak
Chief Learning Officer
Build A Team Consultants
I don’t know about you, but I have lost track of how many days I run around like a chicken with my head cut off. Only to end my day feeling exhausted and unproductive. Please join me as we take a step back to discover or maybe re-discover our roles and key relationships. Having this will allow us to focus on those things most important to us, which will lead to greater productivity and stronger relationships both personally and professionally.
Key Take-A-Ways:
- Identify our most important roles.
- Learn how to prioritize your roles to focus on contributions that will have the greatest positive impact on your key relationships.
- Develop an actionable plan you can start immediately to ensure at the end of your life, you can look back and confidently say … “I brought my best self to each day”.
