Humans are wired for seeking comfort over the uncomfortable. We fear and shy away from anything that may cause us discomfort, pain, possible embarrassment, or social awkwardness. The decision to choose the braver thing, the decision to not go for comfort is not an easy one. In this presentation, we will explore some ways to choose courage over comfort.

Lisa Nichols is the CEO and co-founder of Technology Partners, a Women-Business Enterprise and provider of premier IT staffing, solutions, and software.
