The Power of Presence – It’s Facetime!
Workshop Description:
As leaders, we strive to cultivate innovation and creativity, through empowerment and engagement. Even with the best intentions, we may not consider how the messages we send negatively impact those in our span of care. This session will provide insights and best practice tools for creating an environment that aligns your presence with your message by embracing your most valuable gifts.
Attendees will:
- Identify the atmosphere created by their presence
- Understand the impact of their presence both personally and professionally
- Develop tools to enhance their personal and professional presence
