Her exposure to regional\nand cultural differences\, coupled with her adeptness at adapting recipes and techniques\, have shaped her into a versatile culinary professional capable of catering to chefs of all ages\, abilities\, and experiences. \nCurrently\, Lydia is the creator and founder of Gwin’s Tiny Kitchen\, where she utilizes food as a gateway to learning across various disciplines such as math\, science\, and geography. She uses\nthese philosophies as a respected instructor at the Kitchen Conservatory and in classrooms within schools\, universities\, and public libraries. \nIn the past year\, Gwin’s Tiny Kitchen has expanded its offerings to include curated culinary adventure travels\, providing individuals with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the epicenter of various cuisines and engage all their senses in the culinary experience. \nLydia has made significant contributions to the food scene in STL\, serving as a food and travel writer for Kirkwood City Lifestyle Magazine\, a former project manager for PBS Chew in the Lou\,\nand making appearances in STLToday and Show ME St. Louis.
