A social-emotional learning expert. entrepreneur\, licensed therapist\, author\, mentor\, and international motivational speaker for women & teen girls. The producer\, host\, and creator of a wellness talk show called Own Your Now. A Saint Louis\, MO native\, and graduate of the University of Missouri\, she travels the country speaking about mental health awareness\, restorative justice for girls of color\, relational aggression\, social-emotional learning\, self-awareness\, body image\, anti-bullying\, literacy\, and the value of mentoring wellness circles and how to make a difference in your community. \nShe has been a keynote\, featured\, and breakout speaker for Innovative School Summits for over 20 years\, spoke at the State of Black Educators Symposium\, and various Educational Professional Learning Conferences. \nTracie is an NAACP Community Hero 46th Image Award winner\, has received numerous accolades for her contribution to mental wellness\, a member of the American Counseling Association\, the Alliance of Black Mental Health Professionals\, a PBS nine network partner and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.\, Saint Louis Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter.
