She took a leap of faith and opened the first Dress for Success affiliate outside of New York City. \nWe have come a long way since 1998 suiting ladies out of the trunk of Kathy’s car. We currently have a large\, two-room boutique in St. Charles\, outfitted by California Closets and full of beautiful\, pressed business attire and accessories. Our mission is growing and while we may be best known for providing suits to women\, it is our employment retention programs that are the cornerstone of the organization. We offer women ongoing support as they successfully transition into the workforce. \nDress for Success relies on the financial contributions\, in-kind donations and volunteer efforts of individuals and companies in are community who are committed to impacting change in women’s lives. \nDress for Success Midwest is a program of Connections to Success\, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
