Signature Speaker Series Networking Luncheon

July 10 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

I’m a Success in Progress!

Lydia Gwin
Founder and Creator
Gwin’s Tiny Kitchen

Lydia shares her nuggets of knowledge learned over her career path in the entertainment, travel, and hospitality industry. She’ll share how accepting your mistakes creates a deeper sense of experience, and how leading with grace creates more results than striving for perfection.

Key Take-A-Ways

  • Perfection brings friends like shame and guilt to the party…offering little growth, and more damage.
  • Working in a male-dominated world, women are expected to be perfect. And the challenges we face when at the helm of leadership.
  • Leading through the scoop of grace and not perfection.

Agenda:

11:00 am – 12:15 pm – Networking, Welcome, and Lunch
12:15 pm – 1:00 pm – Presentation and Final Announcements

Lydia Gwin is passionate about embracing the uniqueness of the world’s cultures and cuisines. With a career spanning food, travel, and entertainment, she has explored the globe and integrated her experiences into educational settings to empower and inspire others.
