PWA Mission and Vision
Mission: More than a networking group, PWA provides a meeting ground for professional women to meaningfully connect and become indispensable resources to each other and the community through personal and professional development.
Vision for the future: The Professional Women's Alliance will be recognized by professionals, businesses and community leaders as an organization positively impacting the metropolitan area by:
- Having women’s voices heard by their communities and businesses.
- Being the organization of choice for professional women.
- Providing opportunities for women to expand their networks and circles of influence.
- Improving their professional and personal management skills.
- Developing and enhancing their leadership capabilities.
- Improving our ability to support charities in our community.
- Increasing our visibility in the community.
The Professional Women's Alliance is a group of civic-minded entrepreneurs and corporate professionals who aspire to grow personally and professionally through relationships.
Our programs include:
- A professionally-designed Mentoring Program
- A chance to expose well-deserving women to scholarships opportunities through our Scholarship program
- A chance to learn more about PWA and its Committees, as well as network, eat, and drink at our bi-annual Open House
- Monthly Power Luncheons
- Volunteering on committees and special projects
- Numerous networking opportunities with other members and guests

Message From The President
Welcome to the Professional Women's Alliance
Not many women’s organizations have celebrated 40 years of providing a meeting ground to create meaningful connections. As PWA enters it’s 40 th year, it is truly an honor to help lead the organization alongside an incredible group of amazing women.
2026 will bring exciting new events like Morning Bites & Insights, where we will learn from experts in their field on a variety of topics from organization to presentation skills. As well as some popular events like our Power Luncheon: A Meeting Ground to Connect and Grow, where we hear from inspirational women and enjoy an amazing lunch. And don’t forget about golf, grab your friends and enjoy a round of golf; don’t worry if you’re new to golf … we will teach you!
Our Philanthropic team is busy planning great events to give back to the community. Like the popular jewelry pop-up where we donate jewelry and our time to elementary schools providing an opportunity for kids to “buy” a nice piece of jewelry for a special person in their lives.
