PWA Power Luncheon: A Meeting Ground to Connect and Grow

October 8 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

$35.00 – $50.00

Women in Technology and Leadership

Angela Berga
Manager, Site Reliability Engineering
Centene

Women in Technology is a growing field. Think about where Women were 20 years ago, 10 years ago and now today. We got there because we are strong pioneers and not afraid to take the path less traveled. This is not the time to lay off the gas, so to say, we need to continue blazing the path-forward for Women of the future!

Key Learnings:

  • We can do Anything we set our Minds to!
  • Never let anyone make you feel insignificant, that is their own insecurities shining through; instead take that opportunity to show them how to succeed!
  • You are only as weak as you allow yourself to be. So, surround yourself with positive people and manifest your mindset and future.

Agenda:

11:30 – 11:45  Prime Networking
11:45 – 12:15  Pulse of PWA (announcements/intros/lunch)
12:15 – 12:40 Power Session w/ our Guest Speaker
12:40 – 12:45  Parting Purpose

More about Angela:

Angela Berga is a seasoned Program Manager at Centene Corporation, based in St. Louis, Missouri. With a career spanning impactful roles at UNCOMN, Centene Corporation, and Edward Jones, she brings a wealth of experience in Systems Analysis, IT Strategy, Leadership, JAD, and System Requirements. Residing in House Springs, Missouri, Angela shares her life with her husband of 23 years—together since 1994—and their lively household. She’s a proud mom to three amazing kids: Austin (21), Gabby (19), and Mia (15). Life at home is never dull, especially with the family “zoo,” which includes three beloved dogs: Mickey, an AussieDoodle, and Angel and Gigi—sisters who are a mix of miniature schnauzer and chihuahua.

When she’s not leading engineering initiatives, Angela loves spending time near or on the water, hitting up Topgolf, playing cards, and enjoying laughs with friends and family.
