Alyssa Hall is the Director of Administration at Technology Partners, where she leads strategic initiatives spanning operations, human resources, technology, and organizational excellence. A Shingo-certified practitioner, she’s passionate about helping organizations simplify processes, embrace innovation, and leverage technology to work smarter.
Recognized for her work advancing practical AI adoption in the HR community, Alyssa regularly leads educational programming that helps HR and business leaders move beyond the hype to confidently and responsibly integrate AI into their everyday work. Her insights have been featured in StrategicCHRO360, and she was recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as a People on the Move honoree.
Alyssa serves as Vice President of Community & Belonging for SHRM Greater St. Louis. She is also an active volunteer with Forai, where she tutors refugee and immigrant women in English, and with Missouri Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), where she provides trauma and survivor awareness training for local law enforcement.
At the heart of Alyssa’s work is a commitment to helping others thrive. She believes the greatest impact comes not from having all the answers, but from equipping people with the knowledge and confidence to discover their own. Whether in the workplace or the community, she’s passionate about creating opportunities for people to grow, lead, and lift those around them.
