Tracie Berry-McGhee, M.Ed., LPC is the Founder of the SistaKeeper Empowerment Center, (501c3) The I Define Me Movement, established in 2002 with a presence locally, nationally & globally!

She is an EmpowerNista for girls! A social-emotional learning expert. entrepreneur, licensed therapist, author, mentor, and international motivational speaker for women & teen girls. The producer, host, and creator of a wellness talk show called Own Your Now. A Saint Louis, MO native, and graduate of the University of Missouri, she travels the country speaking about mental health awareness, restorative justice for girls of color, relational aggression, social-emotional learning, self-awareness, body image, anti-bullying, literacy, and the value of mentoring wellness circles and how to make a difference in your community.

She has been a keynote, featured, and breakout speaker for Innovative School Summits for over 20 years, spoke at the State of Black Educators Symposium, and various Educational Professional Learning Conferences.

Tracie is an NAACP Community Hero 46th Image Award winner, has received numerous accolades for her contribution to mental wellness, a member of the American Counseling Association, the Alliance of Black Mental Health Professionals, a PBS nine network partner and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Saint Louis Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter. She is also a Non-Violence Ambassador for the King Center and a part of the STL Black Authors of Children’s Literature.
