Nicole Doeschot, CPA, tax senior and a member of the Anders Real Estate and Construction groups, was named the 2013 New Member of the Year by the St. Louis chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) at its Eighth Annual Networking Awards Luncheon on March 19 at the Westport Sheraton. Nicole was honored for her work in co- chairing the CREW/Safe Connections Golf Tournament in 2012. With the help of nearly 180 golfers, lunch and dinner guests at Norwood Hills Country Club, this event raised crucial funds to help end the impact and incidence of relationship violence. She is again co-chairing the 2013 tournament. Nicole also presented to the group in February, along with Rob Berger, senior tax manager, on the impact of changes in the tax and health care laws. Congratulations Nicole!
Julie K. Hiblovic, CPA, audit principal at Anders, has been named one of the most influential in St. Louis. She was honored on March 20 at the Small Business Monthly (SBM) expo and luncheon held at the St. Charles Convention Center. The list is compiled each year and features influencers in a variety of disciplines - entrepreneurs, government leaders, attorneys, accountants, bankers, business owners, CEO's, company presidents, connectors, and more.
Julie joined Anders in 2009 and specializes in financial statement audits and reviews for privately-held manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate and gaming clients, as well as performing internal control assessments and conducting employee benefit plan audits.

Anders also made the “Top Firms: Midwest” for the eighth year in a row. The lists appear in a special supplement to the March 2013 edition of Accounting Today. Daniel Hood, editor of the publication, said the Firms to Watch list includes “an impressive list of up and comers.” Anders comes in at #13 in a total list of 35.
